At Mazzella, we ensure secure payment processing. Your security is our top priority. All transactions are encrypted with the latest security technology. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Prices

Unfortunately, we cannot control prices changed by our suppliers. Therefore, shipments will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mispriced, in which case Mazzella reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Taxes

All taxes required by law will be added to invoices unless a tax exemption certificate is on file with us.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging if available.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Material may only be returned with prior authorization from Mazzella.

Mazzella will provide a prepaid return shipping label with your order. Please contact us at ecommerce@mazzellacompanies.com or 833-415-4343 so we can work with you on the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit in accordance with your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Mazzella, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely manner. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

Shipping

All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days for standard ground shipments in the lower 48 states. We currently do not ship outside the lower 48 states. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Any shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Warranty Policy

At Mazzella, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty policy covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Coverage

Our products are covered by both Mazzella's warranty and various manufacturers' warranties. Please refer to the “WARRANTIES” and “LIMITATION OF LIABILITY” sections below for additional details on the warranty period and coverage.

Claims

If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us immediately at ecommerce@mazzellacompanies.com. Provide details of the product and the defect.

Process

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect.

Limited Warranty

Mazzella warrants to the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”) that equipment designed and manufactured by Mazzella (“Equipment”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service by the Purchaser, for a period of one (1) year from the date such Equipment is sold by Mazzella to the Purchaser; provided that the foregoing warranty is conditioned upon such Equipment being unmodified and operated at all times completely in accordance with generally approved practices as specified by Mazzella service instructions and provided that the Purchaser notifies Mazzella or its area representative in writing as soon as any defect becomes apparent. Mazzella does not warrant products Manufactured By Others (”Third-Party Product(s)”) which are sold by Mazzella to the Purchaser; any warranties provided by such product’s original manufacturer will be passed through to Purchaser to the extent possible. “Manufactured By Others” shall mean designed, produced or manufactured by any person or entity other than Mazzella. Mazzella’s liabilities under the foregoing warranties shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Mazzella’s sole option and discretion, of the defective part or material F.O.B. shipping point excluding labor for removal or replacement of such parts or material. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of any and all other warranties against defects in material or workmanship, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAZZELLA BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, EXPENSES AND/OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE DESIGN, USE, FAILURE OR INTERRUPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR FAILURE OF THE EQUIPMENT OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF MAZZELLA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH ACTIONS, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, EXPENSE, LOSS AND/OR LIABILITIES. MAZZELLA’S SOLE AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO THE PURCHASER AND ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND/OR LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM THEREOF, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL NOT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO FIFTY PERCENT (50%) OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO MAZZELLA BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PURCHASE OF ANY DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND/OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT (AS APPROPRIATE).
